What does expense management cover?
An inventory of your services, circuits, lines and licenses; invoices checked against contracted rates; billing errors identified and disputed on your behalf; and contract and renewal monitoring. It applies to services we helped you put in place and, where it makes sense, to services you already had.
Do you recover the money from billing errors?
We identify and dispute billing errors on your behalf and track each dispute with the supplier until it is resolved. Credits and adjustments come from the supplier. Since 2024 we have identified and disputed $1M+ in billing errors on behalf of clients.
